At Human Hair Extensions, we know that selecting a hair style, length and color can be a difficult decision. And unlike other clip-in hair extension brands, we want you to be able to buy with confidence! That’s why we are pleased to announce our brand-new, no-hassle exchange policy.

As part of this new policy, we will now accept exchanges on items that have been opened, removed from the package or worn. Human Hair Extensions Customer Service Supervisor Antoinette has reported many happier customers as a result of this change.

“Since we implemented this policy, we have helped many customers coordinate a hassle-free exchange,” she said. “Those customers appreciate our quality customer service and have become repeat customers because they enjoy being afforded the opportunity to exchange their merchandise if need be.”

Exchanges are allowed within seven days of the item’s arrival at the customer’s home. The product’s arrival date is determined by tracking information. Arranging for a return is easy. Simply fill out the printable form from our website, enclose it with the product and send the package to us.

While return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, we will not charge any restocking fees on exchanges. All exchanges will be shipped from our company via a standard shipping method.
